Dr. Manning will continue to serve as medical director and head surgeon of his own center for eye care in Tampa Bay.
Dr. Manning received his MD from University of South Florida College of Medicine. He then completed an internal medicine internship at University of South Florida College of Medicine and an ophthalmology residency at University of South Carolina School of Medicine.
Dr. Manning has special interest in cataract and refractive surgeries, LASIK, dry eye syndrome, and macular degeneration.
