Dr. Bergman of Hagerstown, Md., died June 9. He was 59.
Dr. Bergman was the founding eye surgeon of Bergman Eye Center in Hagerstown. He received his MD from Loma Linda (Calif.) University, Calif., followed by completion of an ophthalmology internship and residency at the White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, according to his Berman Eye Center bio.
