Mount Auburn Hospital Names Dr. Christopher Robinson Chief of Ophthalmology

Christopher Robinson, MD, has been named chief of ophthalmology at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, Mass., according to a Boston.com report.

Since 2008, Dr. Robinson has worked at the hospital’s New England Eye Center and most recently served as the center’s director. He is also an assistant professor of ophthalmology at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston.

He received his medical degree from the Stanford (Calif.) University School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City. Dr. Robinson completed a medical retina fellowship at the Tufts-New England Eye Center in Boston.
