MA’s Eye Health Vision Centers Acquired by Private Equity Firm Candescent Partners

Eye Health Vision Centers, based in Dartmouth, Mass., has been acquired by Candescent Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, according to a Southcoast Business Bulletin report.

Eye Health is a provider of ophthalmology and optometry services. It was founded by Stephen F. Sullivan, MD. Eye Health Vision Centers operates five locations in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

 

Last year, Candescent Partners acquired Koch Eye Associates, another eye care services provider in Rhode Island. Eye Health will integrate with Koch Eye.
