Bausch & Lomb Drawing Acquisition Interest

Several companies have shown interest in acquiring Bausch & Lomb, according to a Bloomberg Businessweek report.

Private equity firm Warburg Pincus is looking to sell the company for at least $10 billion.

 

The companies reported to have shown interest are Abbott Laboratories, Johnson & Johnson and Sanofi.
