Work is advancing on York, Pa.-based WellSpan Health’s 80,000-square-foot WellSpan Health and Surgery Center in Penn Township, Pa., Central Penn Business Journal reports.

Here’s what you should know:

1. WellSpan is in the process of building an 80,000-square-foot facility.

2. The facility will offer an outpatient surgery suite, diagnostic imaging services and lab services. The facility will also have primary and specialty care physician offices.

3. WellSpan expects the center will open in 2019.
