Optum's revenues grow to $25.4B in Q3 & more — 8 ASC company key notes

Minnetonka, Minn.-based UnitedHealth Group reported 12 percent year-over-year growth in revenues for the third quarter, reaching $56.6 billion, while Eden Prairie, Minn.-based Optum's revenues grew by $2.5 billion year-over-year to reach $25.4 billion. Read more.

Nashville, Tenn.-based Envision Healthcare (AmSurg) purchased Decatur (Ill.) Radiology Physicians.

Six members of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare Corp.'s network were inducted into the Tenet Heroes 2018 Hall of Fame.

Athens, Ga.-based EyeSouth Partners entered into a strategic partnership with Marietta, Ga.-based Cobb Eye Center, expanding into the Marietta and northwest Atlanta markets.
