Women’s health and surgery clinic opens in Texas: 4 details to know

Harlingen, Texas-based UT Health Rio Grande Valley opened the Surgery and Women’s Specialty Practice in Harlingen, according to the Valley Morning Star.

1. The 5,788-square-foot facility has 10 exam rooms and one procedure room.

2. Providers board-certified in general, endocrine and vascular surgery will practice at the clinic.

3. Gynecologic oncologists and urogynecologists will also treat patients.

4. UT Health Rio Grande Valley is Edinburg-based The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley School of Medicine’s clinical component.
