Moreau, N.Y., and Queensbury, N.Y. town supervisors took steps to publicly support Saratoga Springs, N.Y.-based Saratoga Hospital, The Post Star reports.

1. Saratoga Hospital is seeking state approval for an ASC in Malta, N.Y. The hospital is building the ASC as a joint venture with Albany (N.Y.) Medical Center and local orthopedic surgeons.

2. Moreau’s Town Board wrote and signed a letter supporting the proposal.

3. The Queensbury Town Board took steps toward selling a town-owned parking lot to Saratoga Hospital for a planned urgent care and medical office building.

4. Saratoga Hospital hasn’t revealed the full scope of the second development yet.
