The ASCs, outpatient centers coming to the West

Here are six new ASCs, outpatient centers and medical complexes opening or that have been planned to open in the West, as reported by Becker’s since March 7:

  1. Lestonnac Free Clinic opened a new free-of-charge surgery center in Orange County, Calif.
  2. Los Angeles-based University of Southern California’s Keck Medicine will open a four-story, 100,000-square-foot medical office building in Pasadena later this year.
  3. Newport Beach, Calif.-based TriasMD is opening a DISC Surgery Center in California. 
  4. Kraus-Anderson Construction broke ground on a 100,000-square-foot healthcare office complex in San Tan Valley, Ariz.
  5. San Diego-based Scripps Health will build a “comprehensive” ambulatory facility in San Marcos, Calif.
  6. Swedish real estate developer Skanska signed a contract with Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health to convert a 60,000-square-foot office building into an ASC and specialty clinic space in Pleasanton, Calif.
