Spine Team Texas ASC to anchor medical office building on hospital campus — 5 highlights

Dallas-based real estate group MedCore Partners is developing a medical office building on the Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance campus in Fort Worth, according to MedCore Partner Michael Graham.

Five highlights:

1. Southlake-based Spine Team Texas will anchor the two-story, 65,000-square-foot medical office building.

2. The building will house the Texas Health Spine Surgery Center-Alliance, an ASC that Spine Team Texas operates.

3. Tenants also include Arlington-based Texas Health Resources clinics and Arlington-based Texas Health Sports Medicine.

4. The development is 70 percent pre-leased. It is expected to be ready for occupancy in the first quarter of 2020.

5. Construction began in mid-February. This is MedCore’s third medical office development anchored by an on-campus surgery center.
