The ASC is on San Diego-based Palomar Health’s Escondido campus and will offer care in specialties including orthopedics, urology and ophthalmology, according to a news release from the health system shared with Becker’s on March 5. The facility is equipped with five operating rooms and pre- and post-op recovery areas.
The ASC opened to patients Feb. 27.
