San Jose medical office building up for city approval

A real estate firm is seeking approval from city planning directors for a medical office building in San Jose, Calif., according to a March 12 report from The Mercury News.

The proposed building would total 46,000 square feet and would replace an existing 20,700-square-foot structure. 

The construction time frame for the new building is unclear, but it will be a part of an ongoing redevelopment project near Good Samaritan Hospital’s campus, which is also undergoing a substantial redevelopment project.
