Here are five highlights:
1. Riverview Surgery Center is a two-story facility with an ASC on the first floor and a medical office building on the second.
2. The ASC will feature four operating rooms, two procedure rooms, one minor procedure room and 21 preoperative and postoperative patient bays.
3. The second floor medical office building will comprise a med spa, travelers suite and private plastics clinic.
4. The facility is located along the Missouri River and adjacent to a hotel.
5. Construction is expected to wrap up in the summer of 2019.
