St. John's Episcopal Hospital has debuted a new ambulatory clinic in Far Rockaway, N.Y., inside its four-story clinical learning center, according to a Jan. 10 report from QNS.

Houston, Mo.-based Texas County Memorial Hospital is in the final stages of completing a new surgery center set to open in February, according to a Jan. 10 report from Ozark Radio News. 

Cincinnati-based Christ Hospital Medical Center-Liberty Township, a part of the Christ Hospital Health Network, has launched a $20 million expansion project that includes adding a new surgery center and medical office building, according to a Jan. 3 report from Medriva.

Lutheran Health Network has broken ground on an 8,000-square-foot medical office building in Huntington, Ind., according to a Jan. 9 report from Building Indiana.

The Chilton County (Ala.) Health Care Authority has broken ground on a medical office building in Clanton, Ala., near Ascension St. Vincent's campus, according to a Jan. 8 report from Fox affiliate WBRC.

A medical office building in Montvale, N.J., recently held a reopening after a modernization project, according to a Jan. 8 report from roi-nj.com.. 

Louisville, Ky.-based Baptist Health is on track to open a new surgery center in Lexington, Ky., in April, according to a Jan. 5 report from CBS affiliate WKYT.

Tritec Building Company has completed a $3 million expansion and renovation project on a medical office building in East Setauket, N.Y., that houses North Suffolk Cardiology, according to a Jan. 4 report from Long Island Business News.

Lafayette-based Louisiana Orthopaedic Specialists is opening the system's first ASC.
