The University of Florida and UF Health broke ground on UF Health Durbin Park, a 42.5-acre health and wellness campus in St. Johns, Fla.

Orlando Health has started construction on a $160 million medical office building focused on pediatric care, according to a Feb. 22 report from the Orlando Business Journal.

The Iowa Clinic is set to open a new outpatient campus in Waukee, Iowa.

Austin, Texas-based St. David's HealthCare has earned planning commission approval to nearly quadruple the size of its medical office building in the city, according to a Feb. 21 report from the Austin Monitor. 

New York City-based NYU Langone Health has received a $75 million donation from the Julia Koch Family Foundation to construct its ambulatory center in West Palm Beach, Fla., according to a Feb. 21 report from the Palm Beach Post. 

Surgery Partners has entered into an agreement with Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Parkview Health to grow ASC joint ventures across the state, according to a Feb. 20 report from Fox affiliate WFFT.

Aurora, Colo.-based UCHealth has broken ground on a new medical office building in Green Valley Ranch, Colo., according to a Feb. 19 report from the Mile High CRE.

Columbus-based OhioHealth has opened a two-story, 20,000-square-foot medical office building in Jerome, Ohio, to serve the communities of Dublin, Marysville and Plain City.
