A 20,500-square-foot medical office building in Huntsville, Ala., has been topped off, according to a March 1 report from the Huntsville Business Journal.

Green Bay, Wis.-based Bellin Health has unveiled a new specialty surgery and specialty center in Ashwaubenon, Wis., on the property of a vacant Menards store, according to a Feb. 27 report from ABC affiliate WBAY.

The University of Chicago Medicine is planning to open a 130,000-square-foot multispecialty care center in Indiana.

Surgery Ventures, through a joint venture with more than 50 physicians, opened Silicon Valley Surgery Center.

Developers have planned a 90,000-square-foot medical office building at a mall in Garden City, N.Y., according to a Feb. 27 report from Long Island Business News.

Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Parkview Health has petitioned the Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals to construct an ASC and medical office building in Warsaw, Ind., according to a Feb. 27 report from Ink Free News.

McLaren Macomb in Mount Clemens, Mich., has opened the McLaren Macomb Outpatient Surgery Center.

The District of Columbia State Health Planning and Development Agency has received a certificate of need application for an ASC from the District Endoscopy Center, according to a notice posted in The Washington Times.
