NYU Langone Health opened a new outpatient facility near Penn Station in New York City.

A former bank building in Oklahoma City is slated for conversion to a medical office building, according to a May 18 report from The Oklahoman.

St. Cloud, Minn.-based CentraCare received approval from the St. Cloud Planning Commission to add an ASC to its medical plaza, according to a May 15 report by KNSI Radio.

Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health is opening a medical office building in a recently shuttered Gold's Gym, according to a May 13 report from ABC affiliate WLOS.

Pennsylvania-based Mediplex Property Group has finished repurposing an existing two-story office building in King of Prussia, Pa., into an outpatient health facility, according to a May 13 report from Commercial Cafe. 

A new ASC is under construction at a shopping center in Cookeville, Tenn., according to a May 12 report from the Upper Cumberland Business Journal.
