New ASC Development

The Ann Arbor-based University of Michigan plans to purchase the former KMart headquarters in Troy, Mich., to convert the space to a $4.4 million ambulatory and outpatient facility, according to an April 23 report from the Michigan Daily.

HCA Midwest has completed construction on a $9.3 million ASC in Kansas City, Mo., according to an April 17 report from the Kansas City Business Journal. 

Jacksonville, Fla.-based Baptist Health plans to open a $38 million medical office building, Baptist Nassau Crossing Medical Campus, in Yulee, Fla., according to an April 16 report from the Jacksonville Daily Record.
