Houston Methodist is planning its largest outpatient care campus, which will include an ASC, in Spring, Texas, Community Effect reported June 10. 

An 8,500-square-foot medical office building in Charlotte, N.C., is breaking ground next month, according to a June 10 report from the Charlotte Business Journal.

A medical office building in Panama City Beach, Fla., is nearing its opening date, according to a June 7 report from the Panama City News Herald.

St. Louis-based SSM Health broke ground on an outpatient center in Sun Prairie, Wis.

Redington-Fairview General Hospital in Skowhegan, Maine, has submitted a proposal to a local planning board to build a three-story, 23,857-square-foot medical office building, according to a June 5 report from centralmaine.com. 

York, Pa.-based WellSpan Health has broken ground on a medical office building and ASC in Carlisle, Pa., according to a June 6 report from Penn Live.
