New ASC Development

St. Cloud, Minn.-based CentraCare received approval from the St. Cloud Planning Commission to add an ASC to its medical plaza, according to a May 15 report by KNSI Radio.

A pair of two-story office buildings in Chandler, Ariz., could soon be rezoned for medical office use, according to a May 13 report from the Phoenix Business Journal.

Avon, Ind.-based Hendricks Regional Health is opening a medical office building in Brownsburg, Ind., according to a May 13 report from REJournals. 

Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health is opening a medical office building in a recently shuttered Gold's Gym, according to a May 13 report from ABC affiliate WLOS.

Pennsylvania-based Mediplex Property Group has finished repurposing an existing two-story office building in King of Prussia, Pa., into an outpatient health facility, according to a May 13 report from Commercial Cafe. 

A new ASC is under construction at a shopping center in Cookeville, Tenn., according to a May 12 report from the Upper Cumberland Business Journal.

Panoramic Health has opened a Brandon, Fla.-based ASC in partnership with Tampa, Fla.-based Florida Kidney Physicians, the state's largest nephrology group. 

Windom (Minn.) Area Health has started construction on a $32 million medical office building that was approved by the City Council a little over a year ago, according to a May 9 report from WindomNews.com.
