A 24,000-square-foot medical office building is set for development in Jacksonville, Fla., the city's first non-hospital facility in more than 20 years, according to a July 30 report in the Jacksonville Daily Record.

The Conway (Ark.) Regional Health System and Little Rock-based Arkansas Vascular & Vein Specialists are partnering to expand access to vascular surgery services in the region, KATV reported July 30. 

The proposal for a 22,500-square-foot medical office building in Madison, Conn., has been approved by the city's Planning & Zoning Commission, according to a July 29 report from the New Haven Register.

A multi-specialty medical facility opened in North Port, Fla., according to a July 24 Fox4 report. 

Chicago-based Northwestern Medicine has proposed a new medical office building at its Huntley (Ill.) hospital campus, according to a July 25 report from Shaw Local News Network.

Construction is underway for Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health's new community hospital in Wilmington, N.C., the Novant Scotts Hill Medical Center, according to a July 25 Star News Online report. 

Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist has opened a 20,000-square-foot medical office building in Greensboro, N.C., according to a July 24 report from the Triad Business Journal.
