New ASC Development

Adventist HealthCare is expanding its Silver Springs, Md.-based White Oak Medical Center campus after seeing such a high demand for care since the center's 2019 opening, according to a May 2 report from the Washington Business Journal. 

The University of Chicago Medicine has opened a 132,000-square-foot multispecialty care center in Crown Point, Ind., marking UChicago's first freestanding facility in Indiana and its largest offsite location.

Hackensack Meridian Health is opening a 150,000-square-foot medical office building in Paramus, N.J., according to a May 2 report from NorthJersey.com.

A ribbon-cutting for a new medical office building on the campus of Riverside Doctors' Hospital Williamsburg (Va.) was held on April 25, according to an April 30 report from the Daily Press. 

Smith Medical Direct Specialty Care Surgery Center of Denver has officially opened in Littleton, Colo.

HCA Healthcare and healthcare real estate development, investment and management company NexCore Group have partnered to create an ASC in Orem, Utah.

Aurora, Colo.-based UCHealth broke ground on two medical facilities in Highlands Ranch and Green Valley Ranch, two Denver-area communities.

Physician investor group North Cypress Land Ventures has broken ground on the first phase of a medical office building in Cypress, Texas, according to an April 29 report from the Commercial Property Executive. 

A 23,648-square-foot mixed-use property in Brick, N.J., is set to become a medical office building, according to an April 29 report from the Brick Shorebeat.
