Here are eight new ASCs that have opened or plan to open in New York in 2024, as reported by Becker's since Jan. 11:

Healthcare Realty Trust will contribute $118 million in properties toward a joint venture deal with private equity firm KKR. 

Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Health has opened an 85,000-square-foot medical office building in Aurora, Colo., according to an Aug. 30 report from the Commercial Property Executive.

State College, Pa.-based Mount Nittany Health is preparing to open Mount Nittany Health Toftrees outpatient center to patients.

The Dakota Surgical Center is set to open in Minot, N.D., ABC affiliate KX News reported Aug. 27.

Bolivia, N.C.-based Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center is constructing a new ASC in Leland, The Brunswick Beacon reported Aug. 29. 

Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health plans to open a $380 million cancer center and ASC in Modesto, Calif.
