Here are three ASCs that have been newly announced or opened in Texas, as reported by Becker's since June 11:
HCA Surgery Ventures and 20 physician partners have opened a five-operating-room ASC in Kansas City, Mo.
Greensboro, N.C.-based Cone Health has filed a certificate of need with the state to develop an $18.9 million ASC in the area, according to a July 9 report from CBS affiliate WFMY.
A number of ASCs have opened or secured approval to do so across 21 states during the second quarter of 2024.

Snoqualmie (Wash.) Valley Health is moving forward with plans to build a $71 million ASC and medical office building, according to a July 2 report from the Daily Journal of Commerce.
Osage Beach, Mo.-based Lake Regional Health System has set a $5 million community support goal to fund adding an ASC to its Lebanon (Mo.) campus.
