New ASC Development

A 24,000-square-foot medical office building is set for development in Jacksonville, Fla., the city's first non-hospital facility in more than 20 years, according to a July 30 report in the Jacksonville Daily Record.

Chicago-based Northwestern Medicine has proposed a new medical office building at its Huntley (Ill.) hospital campus, according to a July 25 report from Shaw Local News Network.

Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist has opened a 20,000-square-foot medical office building in Greensboro, N.C., according to a July 24 report from the Triad Business Journal.
