Ground has been broken on a new medical office building and surgery center in Jeffersonville, Ind., Inside Indiana Business reported Jan. 28.

The construction of Munson Healthcare's ASC in Cadillac, Mich., has resumed following a work stop order, Cadillac News reported Jan. 27

Construction of Jamestown, Wis.-based Upper Mississippi Surgery Center has been completed and is close to opening, according to a Jan. 27 report from Telegraph Herald.

In 2017, Stony Brook Medicine opened a 120,000-square-foot ambulatory care facility in Commack, N.Y. 

The University of Alabama at Birmingham Medicine's UAB Medical West campus in Bessemer, Ala., has opened seven specialty clinics. 

The Lighthouse Credit Union building in Portsmouth, N.H., will be converted into an ASC, according to a Jan 17 report from SeacoastOnline. 

An ASC is being planned near an elementary school in Platte City, Mo., according to a Jan. 16 report from The Landmark.

An Alabama ASC will be able to go forward with construction despite concerns from local hospitals, WSFA 12 reported Jan. 15.

A Bon Secours medical office building in Chesterfield, Va., is expected to break ground this year after several years of planning, according to a Jan. 16 report from Richmond BizSense.
