David Allie, MD, and Raghotham Patlola, MD, are turning a long-vacant facility in Lafayette, La., into a cardiovascular clinic housing four different practices and procedures, according to the Lafayette Daily Advertiser.

A group of more than a dozen surgeons is seeking permission to establish a $4.6 million ASC in Nashville, Tenn., according to the Nashville Post.

Eden Centers for Advanced Fertility opened a 20,000-square-foot clinic, IVF lab and surgery center in Newport Beach, Calif., in early September, the Newport Beach Independent reports.

In the past month, seven development projects involving surgery centers had a price tag of $500,000 or more:
