Surgery Center Services of America designed a laser eye surgery center that's being developed in Birmingham, Ala., the Birmingham Business Journal reported Nov. 23.
Brattleboro (Vt.) Memorial Hospital held a virtual groundbreaking for an outpatient medical pavilion housing a surgery center Oct. 30 during a Zoom meeting, the Brattleboro Reformer reports.
Milwaukee-based Aurora Health Center opened a same-day surgery center in Pleasant Prairie, Wis., Nov 4., the Kenosha News reported.
New York City-based NYU Langone Health opened a new ASC on Long Island, according to a Nov. 16 press release.
The Beloit (Wis.) Plan Commission denied a request from Rockford-based OrthoIllinois to build a surgery center in the city, Beloit Daily News reports.
Addison, Texas-based United Surgical Partners International is partnering with real estate services and development company OGA to develop an outpatient medical building in Murfreesboro, Tenn., according to a Nov. 17 announcement.
Leawood, Kan.-based ValueHealth is partnering with Trenton, N.J.-based Capital Health and Brown Mills, N.J.-based Deborah Heart and Lung Center to create an ASC, according to a Nov. 18 press release.
Jefferson City, Mo.-based Capital Region Medical Center will build a $20 million outpatient center, according to a Nov. 18 report from ABC 17.
Orlando (Fla.) Health and Jewett Orthopedic Institute broke ground on a 197,000-square-foot orthopedic complex Nov. 17, the health system announced.
