Charleston, S.C.-based Ralph H. Johnson Veterans Affairs Medical Center opened a new outpatient facility in Charleston June 7.

Mount Clemens, Mich.-based McLaren Macomb expects to break ground on a $25 million surgery center June 28, according to a June 5 report from Macomb Daily.

United Surgical Partners International and AdventHealth have acquired Tampa (Fla.) Outpatient Surgical Center through a new joint venture, they said June 2. 

CHI Memorial opened an ASC in Catoosa County, Ga., Chattanooga Times Free Press reported June 1.
