New ASC Development

A ribbon cutting ceremony took place Aug. 25 for an ASC in Bozeman, Mont.

A group of surgeons and anesthesiologists is opening a multispecialty surgery center with capacity for patients to stay overnight in Scottsdale, Ariz., according to AZ Business Magazine.

Gainesvillle, Ga.-based Southern Pain and Spine is opening a surgery center. 

Wynn Hospital is trying to secure a property in Utica, N.Y., to house a medical office building and ASC, Observer Dispatch reported Aug. 24.

Kaiser Permanente is planning a new facility with an ASC in Woodbridge, Va., according to a WTOP report. 

Two Indiana health systems have opened or announced ASCs in the past month.
