New ASC Development

Stroudwater Associates and Greater Commercial Lending secured a $58 million investment to build a multispecialty medical center in Cando, N.D.

The Central Utica Building project, led by a group of local physicians, has begun construction on an ASC and medical office building in Utica, N.Y., according to the Daily Sentinel.

Developer Mediplex Property Group has opened a 17,200-square-foot medical complex in Fort Washington, Pa., anchored by East Norriton Surgical Center. 

Atlanta-based Northside Hospital is opening a 60,000-square-foot medical center in Cumberland, Ga., in January. 

Ground was broken earlier this month on a 39,000-square-foot medical office building in Gilbert, Ariz., according to a Dec. 18 report from AZBigMedia.

Kerrville, Texas-based Peterson Health broke ground Dec. 12 on its new ASC, the Amanda and J. David Williams Surgery Center. 

Terre Haute-based Indiana Joint Replacement Institute has received city approval for its planned 35,000-square-foot, $28 million joint replacement ASC in Noblesville, Ind., according to a Dec. 14 report from the Indiana Current. 

Ground has been broken on a $45.8 million, four-story medical office building in Columbia, Md. The building is part of a $5 billion plan to revitalize the Lakefront District. 

Healthcare system HonorHealth has broken ground on a $50 million outpatient and wellness center in Scottsdale, Ariz., that will provide outpatient healthcare, fitness, nutrition and preventive health. 

New Jersey health system Hackensack Meridian is opening a surgery tower on its University Medical Center campus.
