Orthopedic practice completes ASC expansion with new center in the works — 4 notes

Bellin Orthopedic Surgery Center in Green Bay, Wis., completed a 13,000-square-foot expansion.

Four notes:

1. The expansion entailed the addition of two operating rooms, three extended-stay rooms, 10 orthopedic exam rooms, one procedure room, and three cast rooms. The surgery center’s radiology and lab areas were also expanded.

2. The expansion project began in October 2018.

3. Bellin Orthopedic Surgery Center is a joint venture between Bellin Health and Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists, both based in Green Bay.

4. OSMS, which now includes nearly 150 employees, also has plans to build a 45,000-square-foot clinic and surgery center in Fox Crossing, Wis.
