Key ways ASCs can identify bundled payment partners

Surgeons who team up with other providers willing to share responsibility for a patient’s episode of care is a great place to start. Other collaborators could include anesthesia providers, implant vendors and physical therapists.

A leader who can act as a liaison between surgeons and other stakeholders in the bundle are also crucial. The leader can be someone within the ASC such as a surgeon or administrator.
