Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates sells surgery center, offices for $13.5M

Lancaster (Pa.) NeuroScience & Spine Associates sold two Lancaster-based buildings housing offices and an outpatient surgery center for $13.5 million, PennLive reported.

Here are the key details to know:

1. In one building, Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates operates an outpatient spine surgery center. The other building includes Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates’ physicians’ offices, The Center For Spine Care physical therapy, and administrative offices.

2. Nashville, Tenn-based Montecito Medical bought the buildings in August.

3. The two facilities comprise 44,556 square feet.

4. NeuroScience & Spine Associates will continue operating out of the facilities bought by Montecito.
