Kentucky health system, medical group explore affiliation

T.J. Regional Health and Graves Gilbert Clinic are exploring a long-term affiliation that would bring together more than 300 providers across primary care and specialties.

Bowling Green, Ky.-based Graves Gilbert Clinic selected T.J. Regional Health as a preferred partner with the support of its physician members and owners, according to a news release. The organizations will begin their due diligence to shape the potential partnership.

Graves Gilbert Clinic is a physician-owned medical group with more than 200 providers across 30 specialties. Established in 1937, the organization operates 28 locations across a 13-county region and delivers care to more than 1 million patients annually.

Glasgow, Ky.-based T.J. Regional Health is the parent system of T.J. Samson Community Hospital and T.J. Health Columbia. The organization operates two hospitals.
