Hotel to complement Penn Medicine’s surgery center development — 3 insights

Philadelphia-based Penn Medicine is building a $200 million multispecialty outpatient facility in Radnor, Pa., which Brandywine Realty Trust is developing a hotel and office space next to, Lancaster Online reports.

What you should know:

1. The center will offer oncology, primary, cardiology, vascular, orthopedic and neuroscience care, alongside a same-day surgery center.

2. Brandywine is developing a 150,000-square-foot office space and hotel complex next to Penn Medicine’s development.

3. In a release, Brandywine said the development “will help make the new Radnor facility a destination for patients traveling for specialized outpatient services from outside the area.”
