Three things to know:
1. The four-story, 240,000-square-foot multispecialty medical center in The Villages, Fla., will feature nine tenants, including Fort Myers-based Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute and Lake Medical Imaging. Lake Medical Imaging has locations in The Villages and Leesburg, Fla.
2. The Villages-based Aviv Clinic will occupy its own wing in the center, providing treatments designed to enhance cognitive and physical performance.
3. A 32-acre complex, the Center for Advanced Healthcare is slated to open in spring 2020.
