Here are three updates:
1. Albany ENT & Allergy Services, Ortho NY and St. Peter’s Hospital broke ground on the 54,000-square-foot medical office building and ASC in July. Exactly 32,000 square feet will serve as offices for Albany ENT & Allergy Services.
2. The estimated cost to establish and construct the multispecialty freestanding ASC is $8,352,304.
3. The project is expected to be complete by summer 2019.
