A new medical facility in Marana, Ariz., is now complete, according to John Russell of the construction management company GCon.

1. The building includes a surgery center, medical office space and a dialysis shell.

2. It is 12,000 square feet.

3. GCon built the facility from the ground-up with the help of subcontractors.
