East Atlanta Eye Surgery Center plans $40K conversion

Lawrenceville, Ga.-based East Atlanta Eye Surgery Center wants to become a single-specialty center, according to a letter of intent filed Oct. 27.

The conversion would cost an estimated $40,000, the filing shows. East Atlanta Eye Surgery Center has until Nov. 26 to submit its conversion application to the Georgia Department of Community Health.

East Atlanta Eye Surgery Center is associated with Eugene B. Gabianelli, MD, according to a June/July report from the department’s Office of Health Planning.
