Developer makes case for ASC in New Jersey — 3 notes

A proposed ASC in Marlboro Township, N.J., could benefit community members, according to developer Frank Festa.

Here’s what you should know:

1. Mr. Festa has advocated for a new outpatient surgery center on Highway 9 for several months in posts on Patch.

2. The proposed center could offer many services, including bone marrow biopsies, he said.

3. The ASC staff would consist of nurses, licensed practical nurses, surgical technicians and medical assistants with hospital experience.

“A proposed ASC on highway 9 in Marlboro Township, New Jersey could provides (sic) a variety of diagnostic and minor surgical procedures,” Mr. Festa said.
