1. The 33,000-square-foot ASC will cost $26.5 million to build.
2. The center will have six operating rooms, a procedure room and 26 preoperative and postoperative recovery bays.
3. Physicians will provide sports medicine, spine and pain management services.
4. Center officials plan to break ground Sept. 14.
