Cleveland Clinic opens 93K-square-foot medical office building

Cleveland Clinic has opened a new 93,000-square-foot medical outpatient facility in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, in a former retail space that has been vacant since 2019.

The new facility is Cleveland Clinic’s first venture of this size and scope in the Middleburg Heights area, according to an Oct. 6 news release. 

Nearly 200 employees will work at the facility, which has 168 exam rooms and 12 treatment rooms. Medical services offered will include specialty and primary care, a radiology center, urgent care, a lab and Cleveland Clinic’s first drive-through pharmacy.
