California medical center to add $86M medical office building

Chula Vista, Calif.-based Sharp Rees-Stealy Otay Ranch Medical Center is adding a two-story medical office building as part of an $86 million expansion project, according to a Jan. 17 report from KPBS.

The building is expected to open in early 2025 and will be around 60,000 square feet. The building will offer services including an urgent care center, radiology, lab services, oncology, dermatology, audiology and physical therapy for adults and children. 

A new four-level parking garage was also included in the expansion project and opened in early December.
