Billings Clinic to build new $40M ‘destination ambulatory center’ — 4 details

Billings (Mont.) Clinic will build a $40 million ‘destination ambulatory center,’ in Bozeman, Mont., according to Bozeman Daily Chronicle.

Here are four details:

1. The 97,000 square-foot building will include an urgent care and outpatient surgery center with 23-hour stay capabilities for patients.

2. Billings Clinic Foundation President Jim Duncan said the project could cost $35 million to $40 million and could add 150 new jobs.

3. Construction on the center could begin as soon as 2019 and open within the next three years, according to the report.

4. Billings Clinic CEO Randall Gibb told Bozeman Daily Chronicle the health system is still deciding what specialties the new clinic will serve, and the project is the first of five potential stages.
