Ascension breaks ground on $42M medical center with ASC: 3 insights

Glendale-based Ascension Wisconsin held a ceremonial groundbreaking on its $42 million medical center with an ASC, the Journal Times reported.

The key details to know:

1. The center is scheduled to open January 2020, housing an imaging center as well as primary, specialty and urgent care.

2. The medical center will create 100 full- and part-time jobs.

3. The project is the first of several Ascension Wisconsin projects. The others have yet to be announced.
