4 things to know about University Orthopedics’ new 90K-sq.-ft. ASC, MOB

Providence, R.I.-based University Orthopedics opened a 90,000-square-foot medical office and surgery center in East Providence, R.I.

 Here are four details about the facility:

1. The site includes an ASC and diagnostic imaging and physical therapy facilities

2. The center has individual suites designed to fit the orthopedic specialty they serve.

3. University Orthopedics is associated with the department of orthopedics at the Providence, R.I.-based Brown Alpert Medical School, and has locations in Barrington, Providence, East Greenwich and Middletown.

4. Washington Trust funded the new center.
