Nobilis Health appoints 6th board member: 5 key notes

Here are five things to know:

1. Ms. Watt holds leadership roles within Canada’s government and the Ontario Provincial Government. She is a lawyer by training and spent the bulk of her career liaising with law enforcement agencies.

2. During her 30-year career, Ms. Watt played a significant role in forming and developing Ontario’s Civil Oversight of Police Initiative as the province’s only female Police Complaints Commissioner.

3. Ms. Watt currently serves as an Adoption Council of Ontario board member and previously served on the Ontario Board of Parole.

4. As the sixth Nobilis board member, Ms. Watt brings her experience as founder of the nonprofit The Peter Pan Foundation, which sponsors community events designed to provide a positive and uplifting experience for less fortunate children.

5. Nobilis partners with 34 healthcare facilities in the U.S., including five hospitals and 13 ASCs.
