1. Dr. Swendris is a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist. He treats glaucoma using laser, surgical and medical techniques.
2. He earned his medical degree from Ann Arbor-based University of Michigan Medical School, completed his residency at Dallas-based UT Southwestern Medical Center and completed his fellowship at Detroit-based Kresge Eye Institute.
3. Dr. Swendris is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Glaucoma Society.
