Here are five things to know.
1. Mr. Frech will help plan, develop and manage ASCs with a focus on joint ventures. He will specifically develop de novo ASC sites and help expand existing sites.
2. He will work alongside managing principals Stephen Sheppard and Robert McCarville.
3. MCG recently began setting up several combination vascular ASC and office-based lab facilities, according to Mr. McCarville.
4. Mr. Frech has 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining MGC, he developed strategic alliances for diagnostic solutions with large Midwest health systems.
“I have spent much of my career identifying and crafting complex and unique strategies to help my clients succeed,” Mr. Frech said. “Whether it is an individual physician, a large group practice or a full hospital system, I understand the challenges in healthcare and can help them focus on integrating tools and processes to improve outcomes.
5. Mr. Frech is an American College of Healthcare Executives member.
